WhatsApp Joins Our Customer Channels: Faster Replies, With the Choice Kept Yours

A new way to reach us — with a visible choice
WhatsApp is now a live, two-way customer channel at Print RFT. You can send us an enquiry and hear back from us on the same thread — making enquiries and quotes faster to handle for everyone.
Alongside the new channel, we’re introducing a simple, visible system built around two symbols you can recognise at a glance: the 🟢 green circle and the 🔴 red circle.
The green circle and red circle: your AI Response Preference
The heart of the system is the green circle 🟢 and the red circle 🔴 — two markers that show, visibly, how your messages are being handled.
The 🟢 green circle appears at the start of an outgoing message when it has been created with AI assistance, in Paul Rivers’ voice — giving you a quicker reply.
The 🔴 red circle is your way of saying no AI at all. When your contact is set to red, your messages receive a personal response only — slower, but fully human.
Everyone starts green by default. Red is set only when you ask for it — and if you do, the switch happens immediately and the conversation is passed to Paul Rivers for personal handling.
The green circle and red circle are Print RFT’s own system for signalling message preference. They are not a built-in WhatsApp standard.

Your preference matters
Some people value a quick response; others would rather speak directly with a person. Both preferences are valid.
Under the green circle, replies can be quicker because AI helps prepare them. Under the red circle, a personal reply may take longer, but brings the direct, one-to-one service that matters when you want a human conversation.
The circles make the choice visible, so you can decide what feels right for you — and change your mind whenever you like.
WhatsApp only for now
The green circle and red circle system currently applies only to WhatsApp. It does not mean that messages on other channels are marked or handled this way.
If that changes in the future, we’ll make the scope clear. For now, the circles relate to this WhatsApp choice.

Every message reads as from Paul or Print RFT
However your messages are handled, one thing stays constant: every message reads as from Paul Rivers or Print RFT. The tooling behind the scenes may change; the voice you receive does not.
Technology helps us respond sooner. Personal service still matters. We want to use helpful tools without taking away your ability to ask for Paul’s direct attention.
That balance reflects our approach: quality, reliability and understanding, alongside clear communication and respect for your preference.
