“A Huge Shoutout to Paul from Print RFT (Right First Time)”
Last week, I faced a real challenge with a 12-page newsletter for Cerebral Palsy Midlands that needed to go out urgently. I found myself in a tough spot, needing 100 printed copies, stapled and ready for a Trustees meeting on Monday, and another community group meeting right after.
After battling with my office printer and dealing with constant issues, I turned to Paul for help, and he truly came to my rescue! He generously offered to print 100 copies, staple them, and deliver them as a charitable donation. His kindness and willingness to help were beyond appreciated!
Paul efficiently managed the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way, and removing the stress I was experiencing. By Monday morning, I had professionally printed and neatly stapled newsletters delivered right on time, truly outstanding quality!
